Celebrations create opportunities for fun, amusement, entertainment and recreation which can help to reduce stress, tensions, anxieties and other factors that can negatively affect moral, participation or engagement.
The idea of cultural program came from our Director’s mind. After getting approval for budget and participants we decided to celebrate it on Friday 22nd Dec 2023. This time we wanted to involve everyone in the engagement activity. So, we made different committees. Activity in cultural programs was divided into 5 parts.
We started our program on 03:00pm. One by one each participant came on stage and showed their talent. These participants made our day. Our director Mr. Milind Katariya came on the stage on public demand and sung a song with his best friend Mr. Santosh Bhagwat. He dedicated a song to their friendship. Then Mrs. Anjali Katariya and Mrs. Dhanlaxmi Patwardhan came on stage and sung ‘Dum Maro Dum’. We have seen totally different side of our seniors that day.
In the end, winners got decided by judges. In singing competition, Mr. Aanand Bhosale won. Mrs. Shital kadu was runner up. In standup comedy, Vaishali Jaju won. She made us laugh continuously during her performance. Ms. Sonam Bagul was runner up in dancing competition who did dance on marathi song ‘Patalancha Bailgada’.
We are very lucky that our management not only focus on revenue generating but also think of their company culture, employee engagement and job satisfaction.
